About the builder

Curiosity gives me
a place to begin.

I’m a design engineer and builder interested in how tools can protect attention, deepen understanding, and help people flourish.

I love a good challenge: understanding a difficult problem, building something useful, and seeing how it grows as people make it part of their lives.

How I approach a challenge

Observe carefully. Test a small idea. Let the result change the next question.

What shapes my questions

Research experience

My data work at CPCR supports psychological research. My broader interests include consciousness, perception, and how people understand their experiences.

Questions I’m exploring

How can tools support focused attention?
What becomes clearer when an idea is seen, heard, or explored through interaction?

Music is another way I build.

An idea becomes a sound. Listening shapes what comes next.

Sound is off.

Shape the sound

Enable sound, then hold a key. You can also use A W S E D F T G Y H U J K while focused inside the instrument. Adjust the controls to hear what changes.

What shapes how I listen

Difficult Conversations taught me to listen for the experience underneath someone’s words, not just the literal message. It made me more conscious of the gap between intent and impact and more willing to question my own interpretation. I bring that same mindset into building: understand the person and the friction first, then design the solution.
